Recipe

Hi guys
                                It’s Me

                                                                     I’m Back
Welcome back. Today I will be showing you my recipe, my recipe is on Thailand Kebabs.

Title- Kebabs For the Philippines.
Synopsis/Brief description of what you have made- I have made a Philippine kebab recipe
Culture History- Kebabs are eaten for dinner in the Philippines.
Equipment- frying Pan, skewer or toothpick, snaplock bag, fridge,
Ingredients- Honey soy sauce, beef schnitzel, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic, salt & pepper.

<------ Must start with action verb
Steps-
1. First thing you have to do is lay out all of the ingredients to make sure that you have everything.
2. Get your beef and cut it up into strips on meat for you to put on the skewer, you can cut as much meat as you want depending on how many kebabs you want.
3. Next you get a snap lock bag and put the meat in it, once the meat is in the snap lock bag put in as much honey soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic and salt and pepper as you would like, it is what gives it flavour.
4.Put the meat in the fridge for around 12 hours, you put it in for this long so the flavour can sink into the meat.
5. When the time is up you take the meat out of the fridge.
6. Then Pan fry it for 2-3 minutes
7.Put the meat on skewers.
8. Then Enjoy the meal

Whats your favourite food?
well that's all for now.

  1. Bonjour Tamera,
I like the way that your DLO is your recipe, it really ties in with the blog. I also like how you have added a short, simple and sweet intro not trying to give away anything. Next time you could just have a quick re read over the post to make sure everything makes sense and there are no punctuation mistakes.
    Keep up the great work!
Question: How long does it take to make this recipe?
