DXC Coding Challenge

and today i will be telling you about a DXC coding challenge I am doing with Mia and Samantha, and we have to make a 2D game like Mario carts (and let me remind we are 11 and 10 years old) so we decide on a theme witch is Gummy's Attack, and we are working very hard to finish it, we can not what to see if we win but there are a lot of good coders.

Drama!!

                             I'm Back                                                                 

and today I will tell you about drama, and what we have been learning in it,

In drama we played lots of fun games like..... Scratch murder,freeze frame,and a game where you get a thing to make a face to, for example someone just broke into your house, then you think of a face and do it.
And no we have stopped playing games and are now practising fun little skits me and my two friends Joanna and Samantha are doing a skit called The Friend is Sad, we have been practising and I personally think it looks quite good,
I have enjoyed doing drama for the past 4 to 5 weeks and I would recommend this to anyone!

Recount Writing!!!!

                             I'm Back                                                                    

For the past few weeks I have been working on my recount writing, we had to choose a past event from New Zealand, and I choose the Rainbow Warrior bombing to write about.

and here is a little snip-it of my writing 

But when I was crossing a road I heard a big “BOOM💣” and then I heard someone scared and worried running and shouting “The ship was bombed, the ship was bombed!”

I sat and thought about what I had just heard, then I realised there was one ship leaving on that cold misty day, and it was the ship my parents were on. So then I raced done to the docks and found my parents coughing. I looked into the distance and I saw the ship facing on it’s side and the big hole from the bomb was visible from where I was standing.

Friday Trip (Going back in time)

Wow 

where am I,

1958!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Edit- well I am back now because if I wasn't I would be able to write this.)

The first thing we did was leave school a 10:00am and get on the bus, the first place we went was to the bridal path, (ya know that big hill.) 

So once we got up a certon point we ended up needing to jump a fence because we took the wrong track, so once we ended up at the top we(we=my group) went on/in the time tunnel it showed me all the big events the happened in the history of NZ, and then we came down the gondola, when we were coming down my group had some weird conversations?!?! Once we got to the ground we hopped in the van and drove of to FERRY MED!!!!!!!!
The first thing we did when we got there was eat lunch!!!! Then the first activity I did was going to the backery and we made scones and we also learnt how people in the 1950s would set there table.

The second place I went was were all the toys were kept and I was so much fun I played on the skilts, toy horses, go-kart, bubbles hola hopes, and some other stuff,toys have changed so much.

and the last activitey I did was going to school in the 1900s it was weird they had differnt desks and chairs and did no group work, they all did the same thing, and thing that I hated was when M.R brown (the "Teacher") wacked the desk with the cane and I got so scared but lucky we finished the role play after that.
